FOOD SYSTEM RESILIENCE PROJECT (FSRP) AT BAREKESE

Food System Resilience Project under the auspices of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA) has commenced a field demonstration exercise with rice farmers in the Atwima Nwabiagya North District on the plantation of different rice and the use of both organic and inorganic fertilizers for enhanced yield Thursday, January 17, 2024.
The activity brought together the Ashanti Regional Extension officer and his team, Fertilizer companies (Green Fert, NPK and others), rice growers from various communities, selected staff of the Agric Department, Extension officer, Information Services Department, and others that formed part of the demonstration.

Violence has destroyed friendship, rendered the earth barren, spilled blood, caused many homes displaced. For how long can war, rage, resentment, anger, hostile, payback, and others lead with positive results. 2024 is about peace. Look at Israel and Palestine, Russia and Ukraine war, Gaza wars, all have not made a good, and positive impact on mother earth. When you let go, you’re at peace.
   
When you say, I forgive..you are at peace, when you don’t retaliate nothing will happen to you, in fact you will be respected and see as honourable. 2024 Information Services Department say let’s preach peace, stay in peace and see ourselves next year.

HON. FRANK YEBOAH COMMISSIONS A PAVILION FOR ASUOFUA POLYCLINIC

Hon. Frank Yeboah, Atwima Nwabiagya North Constituency Parliamentary Candidate Hopeful has put smiles and warm appreciations on the administration, users of Asoufua Polyclinic through a commission of a world class pavilion for the health center.
According to him, the pavilion will provide enough shade, health provision and rest for health attendants and authorities as well.
Hon. Yeboah proceeded to Essaso to handover a long unrepaired water borehole for the community.
The people, chiefs, authorities and all sundry praised the Parliamentary Candidate Hopeful and prayed it never ends there.
As his foundation stands in education, championed the cause in spelling bee and on Saturday, 16th December, 2023 during the 2023 Grand finally in Osei Tutu Senior High School at Akropong, he awarded Darbaa D/A JHS for emerging as winners of the competition with a set of exercise books, tablets for the winning team, a cash prize, and other prices worth thousands of Ghana cedis to other contesting schools.
According to him, his services to the people of Atwima Nwabiagya North Constituency is a topmost priority and he would go beyond anything to assist his constituents in all matters of urgency.
Hon. Isaac Ohemeng Prempeh, Presiding Member for the Assembly representing the Hon. DCE wished him well in his political endeavor.
Assembly members for Asoufua, Hon. Osei Kwaku Michael and Essaso – Adankwame Hon. Prince Tweneboah Kodua expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Parliamentary Candidate Hopeful for the gesture.
They tasked all sundry to practice the culture of maintenance and demonstrate love for the country.
